Sacred Promise Ceremonies – Client Agreement

Please review the agreement below carefully. By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined.

Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the ceremony.

Your date is not officially reserved until both this agreement is submitted and the deposit is paid.

Cancellation Policy

The deposit is non-refundable. Any payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded at the discretion of Sacred Promise Ceremonies.

Rescheduling

One reschedule may be permitted based on availability. The deposit may be applied to a new date if agreed upon.

Client Responsibilities

The couple is responsible for obtaining a valid marriage license and providing accurate event details.

Officiant Responsibilities

Sacred Promise Ceremonies agrees to perform the ceremony professionally and complete all required legal documentation.
